Sperm donor to pay child support

For anyone who has donated or thinking about donating sperm, perhaps they should read this first.

Two people who work together, she wants a baby and so her co worker in the name of friendship donates what’s needed. She has a baby and they remain friends, but he sends them both gifts and cards on special occasions.

Now it appears that a Judge in New York has ruled that the “Father” will have to pay child support for the boy until he is twenty one years old!

This is a slightly confused story because the couple although not together have been acting like parents anyhow, so there seems to be something a bit deeper here and maybe it will surface as time goes by.
